Lights Over North Georgia is proudly owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Arrick and Shanna Lehan.
Our journey into professional lighting began in 2017, when we started offering holiday lighting through our pressure washing company. At the time, we thought we might decorate a handful of homes and enjoy doing something fun and different for a couple of months each year. We had no idea how quickly it would grow—or how many calls we would receive during that very first season.
From 2017 through 2019, holiday lighting remained part of our pressure washing business. As our customer base continued to grow, we realized it was time to create a company dedicated entirely to lighting. Lights Over North Georgia was born, allowing us to expand beyond holiday displays and offer:

A Different Kind of Lighting Company
We truly enjoy what we do, and our goal has never been to grow into a company with ten trucks on the road. We intentionally want to remain a smaller, hands-on business with two or three trucks and a dependable team that knows our customers and takes pride in every installation.
Staying intentionally small allows us to remain personally involved, respond quickly when our customers need us, and provide faster turnaround times without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
We do not believe in pressuring customers or selling them lighting they do not need. Instead, we listen carefully, offer honest recommendations, and design each project around the customer’s home, style, goals, and budget. Whether we are creating an elegant year-round lighting design or transforming a home for the holidays, our priority is to provide a beautiful result and an enjoyable experience from beginning to end.
Holiday Lighting Is Still at the Heart of What We Do
Our busiest season runs from October through January, when our focus shifts heavily toward holiday lighting installations, service, removal, and organization for the following season. It is a fast-paced and exciting time of year—and we would not have it any other way.
We love helping families, neighborhoods, and businesses celebrate the season without the stress of installing, maintaining, and removing their own lights. Many of our customers return year after year, and those long-term relationships are one of the most rewarding parts of our business.
