Terms of Service

By scheduling services with Lights Over North Georgia, you agree to these terms. These terms govern landscape lighting, holiday lighting, accent lighting, and related outdoor lighting services across North Georgia.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Customers must provide reasonable site access on scheduled dates, including gate codes and cleared work areas around rooflines, landscaping, and pathways.

Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made. We accept common payment methods discussed at booking. Accounts past due may incur reasonable late fees as disclosed on your invoice.

We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue. Product warranties follow manufacturer terms where applicable.

Holiday lighting packages typically include installation and seasonal removal as specified in your estimate. Weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues may require rescheduling.
